Mausoleum with No Doors?

I would love to know the history of this spot. As you can see, it is a large stone box. If you walk around, all four sides look the same. There is no doorway, no sealed up entryway, or anything. Just four stone walls and a roof

I found out some info on this gravesite. The marker that can partially be seen in the lower left corner holds the information for those entombed in this mausoleum. According to cemetery records, buried in this structure are Horatio Reardon Hearne (d.1896) and his wife Priscilla (d.1893). The marker has their names and dates but does not state the fact that the two are actually entombed in the mausoleum structure. What I still would like to know is how they were places inside? as there is no evidence of any type of opening anywhere.
